My First Podcast Appearance

Over the past few months, I’ve started to realise how much more I can achieve when I stop trying to be perfect.

Between starting a business, buying my first home, and taking on multiple streams of work to support it all, I haven’t had the luxury of overthinking. Things have had to move quickly. Decisions have had to be made without complete certainty.

And somewhere along the way, something shifted.

I’ve become less afraid of trying things before I’m ready. Less attached to how things are “supposed” to look. More willing to let things be imperfect and just see what happens.

Saying yes to this podcast was one of those moments.

I came across a post connecting podcast hosts with guests and decided, somewhat impulsively, to put myself forward. It wasn’t something I planned on doing, just a post that happened to end up in my feed.

And that’s how I ended up in conversation with Stacey Kulongowski from Bring Your Big Energy.

We spoke about my time on the Pacific Crest Trail, the lessons it taught me, and how those experiences are shaping what I’m now building with my ✨Under the Stars✨ outdoor retreats.

It felt surprisingly natural, like slipping back into a part of myself that’s always been there.

There’s something about revisiting those memories that reminds me why I started all of this in the first place.
