2017/18 – Te Araroa NZ

The Te Araroa is New Zealand’s longest continuous walking trail stretching 3,000km from Cape Regina at the tip of the north island down to Bluff at the bottom of the south island.  The trail was officially opened on December 3, 2011.

I leave for my thru-hike (tramp as the Kiwi’s call it) from north to south in early December 2017. For more information check out their website (https://www.teararoa.org.nz/) and the information I have compiled below:
